Mohd Rashdan Abd Rashid is a dedicated social entrepreneur with over 26 years of experience in community management, education, and social development. Born in Kuala Lumpur, he began his journey in 1999 by championing social and sports activities in public housing communities, and has since become a driving force in initiatives that promote education, health, environmental sustainability, and community welfare.

Rashdan is the founder of the Pertubuhan Ibu Bapa Mencegah Rokok dan Vape Kuala Lumpur and has served as President of the Persatuan Lestari Alam Malaysia since 2014. He also contributes his expertise as an advisor to several community-based organizations and as a member of local and national development committees, including the UN SDG Neutral Carbon MPAJ and the Jawatankuasa Induk Pemberian Geran MyChampion KKM.

Currently, he serves as Secretary of the Human Resource Development Bureau, PEMADAM Kebangsaan (2023–2025), and is actively involved in advancing the Malaysia Sejahtera agenda through volunteer and policy initiatives.
