Dr. Durga Vettivel is a Family Medicine Specialist and Senior Lecturer at Taylor’s University School of Medicine, with 17 years of experience, primarily in primary care. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, sexual health, and vaccine advocacy. In her academic role, she leads key educational initiatives such as the Family Medicine module, Electives, and the Early Clinical Exposure program for medical students. She is an active member of the Digital Health and Medical Advancement Impact Lab at Taylor’s University, contributing to several strategic projects. Dr. Durga is also deeply engaged in postgraduate training, serving as a mentor, trainee examiner, and facilitator for the MAFP/icFRACGP program under the Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia.
