Adj. Prof. Dr. Mohammad is a Public Health Medicine Specialist with focus on Public Health Policy, Health Management & Health Economics. He is currently the Special Officer to the Minister of Health Malaysia. He also serves on the Selangor Public Health Advisory Council and as a consultant on Health to the Pahang State Government. He was the public advisor to the Penang State Government, National Security Council, Malaysian Immigration Department, Royal Malaysian Police and served as Director of the Selangor Task Force during the pandemic. He is an expert panellist for the Parliamentary Select Committee on Health and a member of the college of Public Health, Academy of Medicine Malaysia. He has written multiple articles and headed projects for State Governments worth more than 25 million in areas of Public Health. He plays a major role in the current health administration of policy shaping in areas of Public Health, Digitalization & Healthcare Financing reform.
