Dr. Lee Chung Wah is a Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry at Taylor’s University School of Medicine and Director of Oak Mind Psychiatry & Mental Health Clinic. He began his medical career as a Medical Officer in 2004, later completing his Master’s in Psychiatry at Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM) in 2017. Dr. Lee has served in various regions across Malaysia, including Kota Kinabalu, Keningau, and Sungai Buloh, where he played a pivotal role in providing Psychological First Aid during the COVID-19 pandemic. With over a decade of experience, he emphasizes a holistic approach to mental health—seeing it as an integral part of overall wellness beyond the absence of disease. His clinical philosophy focuses on individualized, patient-centered care that combines medical expertise with understanding and skill-building to foster resilience and recovery.
