With 15 years of experience as a medical doctor in both government and private hospitals, Dr. Malar holds an M.D. (Hons) from CSMU Ukraine, IES Certification from London, and an MBA in Healthcare Management (Hons, UTM).

Proudly calling herself “anak jati Pahang,” she comes from a humble family in Kuantan. Known for her eloquence in Bahasa Melayu, she has received much praise for simplifying complex medical topics for the public. A mother of two and social media influencer, she uses her platform to educate and inspire.

Currently a freelance HRDCorp-accredited trainer, she delivers health talks at government and private events to help prevent disease. Among her honors are the NONA Super Woman Health Influencer Award (2022), “Anugerah Pekerja Cemerlang” (2023) from Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, and Language Icon 2024 by DBP for promoting Malay fluency on social media.
