Prof Dr Basri Johan Jeet Abdullah (often known as Prof BJ) is currently the Head of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Hospital Picaso, Malaysia. He was formerly Professor at the Department of Biomedical Imaging, University of Malaya and Adjunct Professor at Taylors University, Malaysia. Prof BJ is actively involved in interventional radiology and endovascular therapy including tumour ablation (IRE, microwave, radiofrequency, and cryoablation), uterine artery embolization, targeted chemotherapy and selective internal radiation therapy. His research interests include advanced targeted chemo and radionuclide therapy, and stem cell therapies and development of cancer immunotherapy.
